In this workshop, you’ll learn when it’s okay to say no, why it matters, and how to do it with kindness and confidence.

 

You’ll create a simple plan that makes it easier to protect your time and energy—so you can care for yourself and others in a healthier way.

I am passionate about offering hope to caregivers in the middle of life’s hardest seasons. As a former family caregiver, I understand both the challenges and the blessings that come with walking alongside a loved one.

I am an author, speaker, and coach who equips caregivers with practical tools, encouragement, and faith-filled perspective to help them stay strong. Through my work with A Season of Caring and the Caregivers Thrive Together Community, she creates safe spaces for caregivers to find support, build resilience, and know they are not alone.
